Meet Farough

Forough Khalili Dehkordi is an experienced Orthotist/Prosthetist with over a decade of clinical practice across leading hospitals and rehabilitation centres in Iran. She holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics, with research focusing on foot pressure, flat feet, and prosthetic satisfaction outcomes.

Forough has worked extensively in both public and private healthcare settings, including Hospitals and Mehraban Center, and previously served as Director of Sura Orthotics and Prosthetics Center. Her clinical expertise spans orthotic and prosthetic design and fabrication, paediatric and lower-limb orthotics, and digital technologies such as CAD/CAM systems.

She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications, presented at national conferences, and delivered workshops and seminars on gait analysis, diabetic foot management, socket design, and orthotic approaches for neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.

Fluent in English and Persian, Forough is committed to evidence-based practice, patient-centred care, and advancing modern orthotic and prosthetic solutions.
