There is NO surcharge for ACC consultations or products

Your healing journey shouldn’t be faced alone — and at Orthotic House, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

If you’ve experienced a physical injury such as a sprain, strain, or fracture and are covered by ACC, our services are fully funded — with no surcharge to you.

Simply ask your GP, physiotherapist, or ACC case manager to refer you to Orthotic House for expert help with braces, splints, and compression garments.

We don’t just supply the right device — we ensure it’s professionally fitted for maximum comfort, function, and recovery.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please bring your:

Referral letter
ACC #
Date of your injury
In some cases, we ask you to bring your current footwear or any existing orthotic products you are using.

I live out of Hamilton or Hastings but am coming to a hospital or specialist appointment.

If you are travelling from out of town for a specialist appointment, please phone us in advance. Our experienced orthotic team provides care through our full-time Hamilton and Hastings clinics, as well as community outreach clinics across the Waikato. Clinic locations include Matamata, Rotorua, Taupō, Te Kuiti, Thames, Tokoroa, Waipukurau.
