Your healing journey should not be faced alone – we’re in your corner!
If you have a physical injury with damage to your body like a sprain, strain or break and are an ACC client, then all our services are 100% charged back to ACC.
Ask your GP, Physio or ACC case manager to refer you to Orthotic House so we can help you with your bracing, splint and compression requirements.
We have what you need to aid your recovery; more importantly, we will fit it correctly!

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
- Referral letter
- ACC #
- Date of your injury
- In some cases, we ask you to bring your current footwear or any existing orthotic products you are using.
I live out of Hamilton or Hastings but am coming to a hospital or specialist appointment.
If you are from out of town and are travelling to Hamilton or Hastings for a specialist appointment, please phone us in advance. We will endeavour to see you directly after your specialist appointment.
