Meet Maroné

Maroné has always been a caring person. From a young age she enjoyed making other people’s lives easier. This ultimately lead to her moving into the rehabilitation side of life.

Maroné obtained her Bachelors of health science in Medical orthotics and prosthetics from Tshwane University of Technology in South Africa. She worked in both public and private health sectors and enjoyed the challenges that it presented.

Maroné relocated to NZ in 2024 and brought her caring heart and kind spirit to Orthotic House where she assists in serving the community of Waikato with their orthotic needs. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and making sure that they understand the importance of compliance.

She is an introvert by nature and enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and close friends, and outdoor activities in her free time.
