With extensive leadership experience across the corporate and not-for-profit sectors in both New Zealand and the UK, she brings a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of healthcare management.

Raised in a medical family—her father a consultant physician and her mother a nurse—Lydia has long appreciated the profound impact of high-quality patient support.

She holds a First-Class MBA from Otago University and has a proven track record in business management, strategy, and service optimisation.

At Orthotic House, Lydia is dedicated to enhancing service delivery, streamlining operations, and expanding access to innovative orthotic solutions.
