Medical & disability services - Midland
Orthotic House provides expert care for patients requiring supportive bracing, custom orthotic devices, compression, and orthotic footwear requirements.
We are a contracted provider for Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand, accepting referrals for publicly funded orthotic services. In most cases, services are fully funded. If a surcharge applies to specific items, we’ll always communicate this clearly with you or your patient before the appointment.

ACC Funded
You can refer ACC patients directly to Orthotic House for fully funded orthotic support — either via BPAC or by using the referral link below. No surcharge applies for ACC consultations or prescribed orthotic products – 100% funded through ACC.

Medical & disability services – Hastings
In the first instance, refer your medical and disability clients to the Hawkes Bay DHB for their supportive bracing, custom orthotic devices, and orthotic footwear requirements.
The specialists at Te Whatu Ora will then refer your clients to Orthotic House for fully funded services.
ACC Funded
GPs and Physiotherapists can refer ACC patients directly to Orthotic House for funded orthotics either via BPAC or by using the referral link below.
- No surcharge for ACC consultations or products
- 100% charged back to ACC
Out-of-area patients
For patients who live outside of Hamilton or Hastings but are coming to a hospital or specialist appointment, we will endeavour to see them directly after their appointment.
